Support a Monkey Bridge!
Donate to help save over 12 species of wildlife through our Wildlife bridges!
The leading causes of death of the endangered Titi monkeys in Manuel Antonio are electrocution by high-voltage wires while crossing roads and being hit by cars.
As part of our plan to save the Titi monkeys, KSTR, with help from the local electricity company, has erected 130 monkey bridges across the busy roads of the Quepos-Manuel Antonio area.
These bridges have been a critical life saving feature of our program and have been instrumental in a surge from 1200 Titi individuals in the local population to 3700.
For a $100 donation, a wildlife bridge will be maintained across an area of road identified as dangerous to the monkeys.
Your name or your organization’s name will be listed as a sponsor of this bridge in the master list of Wildlife Bridges at KSTR HQ and you will receive a beautiful certificate.
