Help with this exciting New Project!

Kids Saving The Rainforest has a great new project that is going to help kids and adults learn about the rainforest, its destruction, and how they can help to save it. The Center will be built on 4 acres of property in the heart of the rainforest.  The property will have a river flowing through it, titi monkeys swinging through the trees, as well as sloths, toucans, snakes, and other wonderful rainforest animals, birds, butterflies, and insects. Kids Saving The Rainforest is going to use that land to teach people about the rainforest!

Trails are being built on the property and stations will be created along the trails that will teach people about the reasons to save the rainforest, including topics such as indigenous people, medicinal plants, trees, animals, (including the endangered Titi Monkey), birds, butterflies, insects and snakes.

We will have volunteers living on the property to take people on tours and take care of the center, and we will eventually have an indoor educational center to teach people:.including topics such as indigenous peoples. In order to complete the center, we need to raise $150,000! While it is not an easy task, we know that we will complete it because of our dedication to saving the rainforest. You can help us to meet our goal in the following ways:

  1. You can adopt a 50 meters of rainforest for $50, just $1 a meter. We took a loan on the property and still owe $9,000. That is only 9000 meters left to pay off! So every meter you adopt helps us to reach our goal. To adopt 50 meters click here!
  2. You can adopt a station or put money toward a station. We plan on creating 10 stations and need different amounts of money for each. If you are interested in adopting a station please let us know. If you are interested in donating money toward a station please indicate which station you are interested in helping when you make your donation.
