All About the Rainforest

What Is A Tropical Rainforest?

A Tropical Rainforest has lots of sunlight, rain, and hot temperatures. This combination creates a steamy atmosphere, which encourages growth within the forest. In Rainforests there is an average of 90% humidity. A rainforest contains more than half of all living things known to man and is thick with many types of plants, trees, flowers, animals, birds, insects, and reptiles.
